PS4 Big Sur 11.0 - Scan Not Working

So whether I am wired or wireless, the controller is recognized big scan never works. I have set my Security + Privacy for Input Monitoring/Accessibility to allow "Joystick Mapper", but no dice. Any ideas?

I just bought JoystickMapper, and i have the same issue !
Why there is never answers about the DS4 issue ?
