Only special key working in Big Sur is play audio track

Hi! I've recently purchased my version of the joystick mapper, but I've been unable to use map any special keys with the exception of the play music key. Is there any fiz to allow the others as well or a workaround to control music playback?

Olá Eu adquiri minha cópia do joystick mapper recentemente, porém apenas a tecla de "play" está funcionanado dentre as teclas especiais. Haveria algo que pudesse ser feito para habilitar as demais teclas? Ou talvez alguma combinação de teclas que permitisse o controle da música?
