Joystick mapper crashesn with update MacOS Catalina 10.15.5

The app crashes whenever it pleases and says it crashed unexpectedly and to reopen. this issue occurs very frequently.

happens to me toomaybe every 15 or so minutes, Joystick mapper app will crash on mac catalina update

I'm seeing this as well. It's usually when I've interacted with another window or some such action.
