I have a generis SNES usb control i am tring to use withe some CNC software. The software works by moving the arow keps and the page up and down so ir should be easy. I detect the controller fine and map with no issues. When i click the buttons it responds in the settings with no issues. But when i go to use it with the software it does nothing. It wont even move the cursor in a web browser. When i use the laptop keyboard keys the machine works fine. Im running Catalina 10.15

im still stuck.... its wierd. It works completely fine when im assigning buttons to the keys it just doesent work outside of the software.

day 3 still stuck? Guessing this product is no longer supported?
