This works pretty well if I do say so myself.
Note that you will need to go into the settings in game and swap the turn/strafe keys, i.e. A/Z, D/C and turn mouse tracking to ON.
Hold the left trigger to change to standard mouse, but you may not need this very often as the 360's A button is mapped to both R and ENTER/RETURN making it feel much like a console.
I opted to make the Dpad arrow keys for easy menu nav, and XYB are 123 for quick battle decisions.
Bumpers L and R mapped to Q and E to cycle through enemies/destinations.
